Depending on the office you may have to leave a deposit ranging from EUR 100 to EUR 2,000 per motorbike. You can provide it by card or in cash, and the office must refund it as long as the vehicle meets the return conditions.
In principle all motorbikes allow a passenger, provided that both riders wear a helmet. Specific availability depends on the office and the selected model.

Third-party liability insurance is always included. Cover for own damages or theft depends on the policy contracted with each office and may range from fully comprehensive to third-party.
No. You must return the motorbike with the same amount of fuel as when you collected it. Otherwise, the office will add the corresponding fuel charge to the final price.
No. Moto-Rent vehicles are intended for road use only, and riding them off-road violates the rental agreement.
No. Towing is expressly forbidden in the rental contract and is never allowed.
You must coordinate it with both the pick-up and drop-off offices. An additional fee will most likely apply.
There is a grace period of around 29 minutes. After that, an extra day (12 hours) will be charged at the full rental rate. In any case, please notify the office where you rented the vehicle.

You have between 12 and 24 hours to cancel the booking, depending on the establishment. Check each office's terms and conditions for details.
The price screen details every item included in the rate (insurance, coverage, taxes, etc.). VAT is specified on the booking confirmation.
